- MRTBE
HB2042 has passed the House and has been sent
to the Senate where it must be approved by the Health, Appropriations and
Rules Committees before forwarded to the full Senate approval. If and when
that happens it will be forwarded to Governor Hull for her signature. The
process in the Senate is not expected to take as long as it did in the
House.
