Laser Technician Fees

Laser Technician Certification

  • Initial Application $30.00 (Can have an unlimited amount of procedures)
  • Amendment to Application $30.00 (To add additional procedures, name/address changes, etc. after your original application has been processed)
  • Renewal Application $30.00 (Certificates will expire a year from issue date)
  • Duplicate certificates are $20.00 at any time. However, if a duplicate certificate is requested at the time of initial, amendment, or renewal application, the fee will be $10.00 per duplicate certificate.

Schools Teaching Laser/IPL Technician and Safety Training Programs

  • Initial Application $100.00 (Can have multiple course types)
  • Amendment to Application (To add additional courses after your original application has been processed) - No Charge
  • Renewal Application $100.00 (Certificates will expire a year from issue date)
